Merchandise is purchased in as-is condition. We do not offer a refund or credit on all items. Merchandised approved for a refund or credit include faulty Electronics, Power Tools, Outdoor Equipment, and electronic Exercise Equipment. These items must be returned within (5) days of the purchase date. Credit will be given only if items prove to be malfunctioning upon examination.
